While planning a wedding and choosing the perfect wedding dress can be enjoyable, we understand that you may have many questions or concerns. Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from brides.
No, We are open on a walk-in basis. The store has approximately 2500 sq ft, however, we ask you to limit your guests to 3. Please come an hour before we close to allow ample time to shop.
Gown shopping is an intimate time so bring your closest family or friends to add to your special day. Limit your guests to 3. If you have a larger party please call us so we can accommodate your needs.
You are allowed up to 4 dresses to start with. We have stylists to guide you and will be able to select more gowns if needed. Please limit your time to an hour. If you require more time please come during the week as it is not as busy as a weekend.
Your consultant will be popping in & out of the dressing room to help you into each gown. So, please wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and Spanx (if desired) are suggested.
Yes! We love to have fun and add to your memories! So... snap away!
We ask that you do not bring food/drink into the store to keep the gowns in pristine condition.
All gowns need alterations to give it a perfect fit for your wedding day. BAA will provide a list of recommended seamstresses in the area.
We except all major credit cards and cash.
All sales are Final Sales. No exchanges or credits.
Yes there is free parking on the street. On the weekends only you may park in the lot.
BAA tries to provide gowns that are current in style and keeping with the latest trends. If you think your gown can be passed on please make an inquiry.
Please check your gown over before you send it for any discoloration. A gown can oxidize after the cleaning process. Make sure your gown falls within the 4 year age limitation.
Yes, if your gown meets the age requirements, you may ship your gown with a $125 tax-deductible donation for us to clean it.
If you have a gown that could be passed onto a military bride please inquire and fill out the form. You may also email photos to make sure we can pass on your gown.
